Tuesday we run two classes with an Adult class  at 4:45pm to 5:30pm no experience needed .

The second is an Intermediate/Advance class starting at 5:30pm to 7.30pm.

Community Kai Supply

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12.30 PM

We are very lucky to be able to offer the community an assortment of Kai that has been rescued from sources where it would otherwise be wasted. Please pop in to pick up some Kai if you need it (bring your own bag).
