Seniors 3D Flow has a focus on helping you stay mobile, agile and strong while having fun and socialising with others. 3D stands for moving in 3 dimensions which is what we are designed to do to stay healthy, so during the session we move forwards, backwards and sideways, we twist, we turn, we lunge, we squat….you get the idea.
Who is 3D Flow for? Anyone who is capable and happy to move for 45 minutes and wants to work on their overall fitness, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility etc. The majority of the 45 minute session is done from a standing position although there is always at least 2 seated tracks. Participants are always encouraged to take a rest at any point if they feel they need to and different options for many of the moves cater for different abilities within the group.
